Protocol Question – SMF

I just finished listening to all the Advance Weight Loss calls – Amazing! Here is what I’ve been doing and wanted some feedback.

5:30a.m. – Walking 3 miles
8:30a.m. – Breakfast according to my protocol
12:30p.m. – Heavy lunch according to protocol
Fast clear until the following morning. Repeat.

I know you usually suggest pushing breakfast out and catching a lunch/dinner window for food consumption. Do you think the 3 hr delay from 5:30-8:30a.m. provides enough benefit and prolonged time to reap the highest benefits, or should I switch into the lunch/dinner window and push off breakfast?
