I really look forward to my exception eats. It’s something off protocol that I enjoy eating. Is this not the way I should be thinking? I’m asking because sometimes seems the point of the program is to no longer enjoy food. So my question is, Am I still following Brooke’s program if I look forward to exception eats? Or does the program take away my desire for foods so I don’t look forward to exception eats at all?
Also, as a second question: If I eat something unplanned off my protocol should I then skip my planned exception eat for that week?
