Hello there! So this is my first month with this program. I have always been good at exercising, not so much at controlling my eating. That’s what I hope you can help me with! In the meantime, I wanted to get your recommendations on exercising. I have found in the past that if I do heavier stuff like circuit training or hitt my appetite increases. With the fasting I’m not sure if I want to do that. What types of exercises do you recommend, how long, and what time of the day?
