Joy Food Revisited


In your response you said you recommend joy eating once a week so we don’t have all or nothing thinking. This is definitely what I do.

You stated, “I also want you to be able to eat sugar in a deliberate and controlled way as planned.” is that still referring to once a week? Or could small amount of sugar be preplanned into the protocol.

Example:

1 tsp of fruit spread mixed in plain yougurt twice a week
