This morning during my self coaching I was noticing how much perfectionism I have. Do you have any podcast that you would recommend to work on this? When I’m indulging in my perfectionist tendencies everything feels like an obligation because if I don’t do it, then I can’t feel perfect. My brain is telling me “you want to be the best.” Even to the point that I want people to envy me. I think I have associated being perfect with being admired or special, something I have been chasing my whole life. Any insights here?
