Failing to relax

I’ve realized that the person I want to become knows how to relax and schedules down time for herself. So how do I turn that into one of my 25 epic fails? Do I simply list learn to relax as one of my items? Or do I break that down into smaller pieces – such as try yoga, join a book club, go on daily walks – and list each of them separately? Interestingly enough, I don’t feel myself WANTING to do any of the specific items, which tells me I’m at least going in the right direction. 😉
