The live calls are during my work hours, unfortunately I’m not able to be on live. I do listen to the recording. Brooke talked a little about breaking your fast and i now wonder if I’m breaking my fast with the creamer i use for my coffee. I have 2 cups of coffee with a non dairy no sugar coconut almond blend milk. Maybe a 1/2cup. It’s 45 cal, 0 sugar, 1 protien and 1 carb. Do you think this is a NO? I have my first meal around 12 or 1 and don’t eat past 8pm? If this is breaking my fast what do you suggest i replace my almond milk with? Thanks for the help.
