Fasting Times Of Day


Hello Beautiful Ladies

A quick question on times to do fasting. Is it possible to fast through day say from 4:30am-7:30pm I only have 10lbs to loose and would like to use a protocol that works with my life. To help me stop buffering with food I am using the thought ‘fuel my body first thing and no need to for the rest of the day’ So far it’s working. I love to work through the day and find that stopping for lunch is an interference to my flow (I walk the dog instead). Would be grateful for you feedback if you think this is a long enough fast? Or if my brain is still in control here 😜
