Fed-up & goal weight


I’ve just realised that being fed-up was a frequent emotion I had that was not fuelling my results. For instance:
C – I prospected 10 shop assistants yesterday
T – I have done enough
F – fed-up
A – I eat a whole box of chocolate, I don’t reach out to more potential customers
R – I need to do even more to reach my goal weight and my niche
I realise that “I have done enough” is a completely useless lie that my brain offers.
I’ve come up with new thoughts like “I’m thinking I’ve done enough and that’s all” or “I’m ready to reach my goals” but I’m not completely convinced by them. I would appreciate your feedback.
