Hi, I signed up for this course because my life is a little overwhelming for me right now and the Monday Hour One podcast (throw away your todo list) really resonated with me. I am planning to make that the focus of my self coaching. However, once the self coaching started, I am starting to feel kind of overwhelmed with everything available to me. The daily group classes, the live calls, the books, the model, the homework, the coaching calls. If there were 2 things you would suggest doing in the entire program to get the maximum benefit, what would those be?
