Feeling on purpose


Hi Brooke,

I wrote to you previously and you suggested I listen and apply what you taught in your podcast ‘feeling on purpose’. I have been doing that and have been feeling anxious, upset and angry most of the time. I understand that I have to accept these feelings etc and that we all have to have these feelings 50 % of the time. However my balance is tipped towards the negative feelings. I would like to feel better than this. Is it time to do the model?
