I have been in scholars for one month now. I had to figure out my main topic so I went to several topics before I understood which one is the most important one now. I choose “Your Thoughts About You”. As I am processing this work, I have a lot of emotions and thoughts about seeing what I think about myself. Even if I am happy to understand so much, I feel tired almost all the time. Is this tiredness a normal part of the process ? Thank you so much!
