I’m a medical sales rep and most of my job is being in surgery. Sometimes surgery takes much longer than expected, sometimes doctors are late, sometimes they end early.

I’m really trying to do Monday Hour One.

Today, surgery ended early, so I wanted to do the rest of my tasks early – since I’m already basically here (hospital is an hour away and I planned to workout after, and the gym is also here). Obviously I’m not gonna sit around for an hour wasting time to stick to my calendar.

How do I handle this?

Now the rest of my tasks are all going to go “early” – I’m also tempted to fit some more little tasks into the extra time, but those tasks weren’t scheduled. How do I handle that?
