First Thing To Work On


I want to learn everything in Self Coaching Scholars! I also know I need to constrain and focus on one thing at a time. I have a home based business that I want to grow in which I feel like I’m no where close to understanding. I ultimately want to be able to apply all of the principles Brooke teaches and help others create a successful business as well. However, I’m very interested in stop overeating and feel like I’ve been on a stop overeating journey for a long time. I think I am much closer to understanding those concepts and being able to really apply them and see the results. My question is what should I start with? Should I start with business as an infant that’s not even crawling yet? Or should I start with overeating as a baby that’s at least pulling up getting ready to learn how to walk?
