So I already listened to the first podcast! LOVED IT!
Just one tiny question, Brooke said that once she is into the work even if she didn’t wanted to do it in the beginning, she loves it!
And I know what she’s talking about. But what about things you don’t get into it once you’ve started and you are doing a shitty job?
I always have that with workouts. I bring myself to do it and then I sit around, take long breaks etc.
When I watch tv and to the workout then its easier.
