Focusing in Scholars


How can I constrain myself to a handful of thoughts to practice? During a coaching session I’ll find one or two thoughts that are unhelpful and one or two thoughts to practice, usually around whatever is happening for me in the moment. Then when I watch the classes I may discover a few more. Then in my self coaching, especially during anxiety, a few more. These feel great in the moment, but on a day to day basis I feel confused and overwhelmed about what I should be focusing on. And then I feel like I’m wasting my time and money in scholars because I’m not focusing on one area. Is this okay? Or should I be practicing more constraint? I have lots of goals and projects I’m working on, so it feels challenging to just focus on one thing. How do I do this??
