Focusing on one goal only with a peaceful mind

Hi Coach,

I’m new to scholars. I’m really excited about this work I’m committed to do on myself. At the same time, I’m very impatient and overwhelmed because I think I have lots of areas to work on and don’t feel I’m fully focused. My number one priority is to work on starting my business and make money (I’m unemployed right now) and although I can have intense work sessions, I feel there’s a lot of stress and anxiety building up in the back of my mind, due to all the other things I need to take care of.
