Focusing the mind to make way for study and self work

I am finding that there are so many circumstances in my life right now that demand urgent attention or a lot of emotional energy or processing. I am in need of thoughts and actions around focusing..

I am finding it very hard to focus to attend to my studying and all the circumstances. I feel I am getting little done in comparison to what I want to get done. I find my mind is full of chatter and anxiety and yet I need to get it ready for the work- able to focus. I can’t change everything that is going on – but I would love to change my productivity level in this time of multiple stressors in my life- each one very large- and contributing to my basic foundational wellness.
