Ok, thank you for the explanation. I then wonder what is feeling the emotion in different forms?
For example, if I’m sad for the night and crying and feeling really low and overwhelmed, is that feeling the emotions? What if it lasts for a day or two- is that also feeling?
Is feeling just describing the emotional detail and being able to move past it in that moment? And anything longer than that is resistance?
I am unsure if I am feeling or resisting, or reacting, clearly not avoiding much as I do feel.
