I’m so excited about the Monday Hour One. I feel like it’s the missing piece in getting myself organized. But I ended up unclear about a few things after watching all the lessons. In the early lesson it talked about constraining to one goal and then in the example download and scheduling it had a bunch of things included. But the example didn’t have everything, like doing the dishes and picking up the kids and running errands, etc. I guess I’m not understanding are we trying to schedule every possible thing for the week or just the important things around our goal or only the things on our mind on Monday. And I wasn’t clear about the Friday hour done. Was that process explained? I’ll watch it all again – maybe it’s in there and I missed it. But additional clarifications would be helpful, especially around overall intent (constraint or most things or everything). Thanks so much.
