I am planning my meals and allowing urges. I set an internal boundary for when I break my plan to reach out (download, ask a coach). I live in the city and I pass many eateries. I allow this to derail my protocol.
Today I did well for breakfast and lunch, and early in the evening, I worked out. After, I walked about 10 blocks and had an urge for chocolate cake. The bakery was closed for renovation! I then walked by an ice cream shop and stopped and got a small ice cream cone. Neither of these items was on my protocol. How do I manage walking past treats? I keep my home clear of spoilers and the possibilities are endless all around without trying.
