Is it possible to eliminate the desire for one thing at a time? Say for example giving up flour and dealing with all the feelings that surface from that and managing the urges when they arise all while still eating sugar? (When I say eating sugar I don’t mean cakes etc I just mean like in coffee 😆😆). Would you be able to elimate the desire for flour while still eating sugar?? Then once you do that moving onto eliminating sugar? Is this possible, I know it’s not the ideal way but would it work?
