I generally write a goal in the R line and then create a future model so I know how to think, feel and behave my way to that Goal/result. It just occurred to me that I could also write a goal in the C line (it is neutral) and see where my mind goes to understand what could limit me. Is that a strategy that works? How do we best use the model for goals we are both setting ad currently working on? R line or C line or both? Thanks
