Hi Brooke
It seems that by writing to you and asking questions, the approach I need to take finds its way to me
Thanks
You don’t need to answer my question posted last night, I think I found out what I need to do.
I need to create, as a daily practice, an honest look at actions from the day before and ask myself specific questions according to my value system. This way I will evaluate the places where I need to grow and the places where I need to accept things as they are.
This may be sort of a “fearless moral inventory”.
I will do this for my past as well and this will help me learn from what I can learn and accept the rest.
This sounds like serenity prayer doesn’t it
Thanks for everything
PS I am using CTFAR for “segment intending” throughout the day, its really great for setting intentions!
