I am in South Africa on vacation for three weeks. Arrived here after working from February to lose 50 pounds and I did not recognized myself anymore as someone who overheats. I truly did not desire any flour or sugar anymore. Then came my vacation. Bread was around everywhere and I heard for the first time in a year, thoughts like, It’s just a vacation, enjoy this one sandwich, and so on.
I already notice I feel a bit bloated and heavier. I know it is in my control. And I will recommit once again to my protocol.
I just wonder what had happened. I thought I reset myself for life and will not need to deal with this anymore?
