i’m having trouble helping my husband find his R in his UM:

C: woman on tv said, “I agree with what trump said, but not how he said it.”
T: trump voters are so ignorant
F: frustrated
A: talk to self, read all the news, then avoid all news, don’t do real job tasks, but buffer by learning Spanish, sometimes post politically vague tweets.
R: ??

I find that it is hard for me to come up with an R when the T is based on what other people do, since our results are OUR results, not other people’s.

I know that sometimes the things in the T line are projections of how we feel about ourselves, but my husband definitely doesn’t think he is ignorant. He was a history teacher for years and a history buff forever.
