help with time and making progress


So I am finding myself wanting to do more then the hours are there to support what I want to do, including coach school and scs and the rest my life and commitments

I keep working late into the night trying to get more done

Not getting my son to sleep early as he should or having quality time with him.

Iā€™m not sure if I can see the results of all this activity yet.

I used to work out for 3 hours a day and Iā€™ve traded those workouts for scholars and other work.

but feel my body is loosing progress…

also I’m not really earning money with all of this activity….

I really want to make great strides and progress in areas most important to me and feel im doing all the things… but not seeming to move the needle in areas I know are so important

can you help me solve for this? I’ve listed to to do list and do goals …
