1. We are under contract for a house since Thursday so it has been crazy busy and very stressful. On top of that, we are in a house of 11 people right now including my 85-year-old dad and 2 college kids to join us next week. We are trying to figure out what to do for Christmas since we can’t go visit family in CA. My 11-year-old has huge breakdowns every other day that has me more concerned about him.
2. I’ll be honest. I kinda feel hopeless. I constantly have a flow of negative thoughts. I can’t seem to cut the habit.
