Hi Brooke! Just started the homework for this month yesterday, yay! I’ve set my schedule for the daily work at night. Now for this month the questions include how do I want to feel today. Could I change this to how do I want to feel tomorrow as I do this not to long before going to bed? Or should I change my schedule to do the daily work in the mornings for this month?
