I can’t seem to get myself to consistently do the homework. I’ve been with you for the past 3 months and now I’m just pissed that I’ve done only a handful of days each month. What’s the deal? I’m just not making it a priority I suppose.
Also, you mentioned you did this work for a year. So were you doing thought models, feeling identification AND positive thought downloads/statements for every day of the year? Does each one just build and build until you do 12+ exercises per day?
