I know in Stop Overeating we talk about the 3 hormones: insulin, leptin and ghrelin and how they impact our weight gain / weight loss.

How does menstrual cycle and the change in hormones affect our weight gain / weight loss if any? Is our increase in desiring foods a result from a thought / feeling or is something really changing in our body to make us crave certain foods therefore it’s a circumstance and we need to figure out how we’re thinking to cause our feelings and action?
