Hi! I really love the weight loss course and also the no sugar no flour protocol makes totally sense to me. The only problem is that I have tried to follow a NSNF plan several times recently, but as soon as it got hard I started questioning and doubting if eliminating sugar and flour would have a positive effect on my eating habits (I am a binge eater). To be honest I doubt that I want to follow a NSNF plan for the rest of my life. How can I make myself want to follow a NSNF plan? Or should I wait with starting over again until I am sure that I really want to follow such a diet and live that way? Thanks in advance!
