How do I manage feelings and urges when rushing around with kids?

I find that in order for me to manage my feeling my feelings and urges the best thing for me to do is to just take some quiet breathing time. But now it’s school holidays and my son is in my pocket all day demanding my attention. My urges for sweet things that I don’t need is through the roof! And I don’t get the time to stop and breathe through it.

How can I manage this better?
