The model helps with the conscious thoughts, but how do we deal with the unconscious mind, running everything behind the curtain? How does the model help with the main part of our brain or does it only help manage the conscious mind? For example, I can get to the point where I experience emotion with no thoughts or thoughts that are so far from the true root thought, hidden in the subconscious, that lead me to escape from the real problem and keep the solution inaccessible.
