How to best utilize SCS during COVID


I’m struggling with feeling a bit aimless in SCS right now. (I’ve been in since January). I discussed this in my coaching session a week ago, but I’m still feeling a lot of uncertainty.

She had suggested I pick a specific goal that I’m wanting to get out of SCS and pick the materials that support that. I want to work on time management and the general idea of doing what I decide ahead of time I’m going to do.

To that end, I’ve been working MHO, and having mixed results (as I would expect at this point, since I’m still learning). With homeschooling my kids and working from home, I have very little time to listen to the podcasts, and so that has been keeping me from really engaging in the new material that comes out.

I’m trying to figure out how to do the work and get the most out of my investment, of money with an investment of time and energy, but I’m just not sure how to do that…daily thought downloads? Lots of models? Listen to the coaching calls while I cook dinner?

I know you won’t give me advice, but I’m struggling with how to create some structure here and would love to get some guidance!
