How to find the outline of how to begin Brookes stop overeating class

I have joined self coaching scholars with the main goal to lose weight. I have listened to the entire Stop overeating workshop and also some of the videos. I just cant seem to find an outline of how to begin the first couple months. I know Brook recommends not trying to quit sugar and flour and start a protocol all at once. So what is the recommended progression, timing for the eating portion of the weight loss program?
