How to stop beating myself up?

I’m two months into Scholars, and I’ve accomplished a TON (finished writing a book, lost 10 lbs when I didn’t join to lose weight). Every week, I’ve brought a very different topic to my 20-minute coaching session, but a pattern has emerged. As I talk through my thoughts and feelings, every week the coach has pointed out “notice how you’re using that to beat yourself up.”

I’m about to finish the “Your Thoughts About You ” module, and I’m looking for advice on which unit to take next. I’ve uncovered a lot of “should” thoughts that are causing me pain and that I’m working to change to more intentional thoughts. I find myself consistently beating myself up with these shoulds–how I should act, what I should have, what I should do. Is there a module that would help with de-shoulding?
