Hi I’ve been in my finance job for almost 10 years now. It has been going well. I love my company and the team. I’m paid very well and extremely grateful for the opportunity. However, there’s a constant voice in my head telling me I am a creative people person and should spend my time to create and build things and be more entrepreneurial. I have a strong view that I’m underliving (is that even a word) my potential… How do I tell if I’m right? What are the signs that I should work on my current role more? I have done my thought download and my model on them. I don’t feel motivated to work on my current job thoughts. Is that a strong sign then? Please help!!! I’m scared that I’m starting new projects as a way to buffer.
