For 2 weeks Ive been off sugar and flour and I’m not emotionally eating. I was scared of feeling hungry, now it’s better. But I do have a question how long do I need to feel it? Because it is an indication that my body needs fuel. Or not? I understand it’s not an emergency anymore, but when I’m home and I feel hungry, when I should react to go to eat? And what if I’m hungry before I scheduled myself to eat even though I am at my home and could eat?
