Yep, I’m getting this a bit more now.

If it was a neighbour making all the noise, I wouldn’t feel I could ‘control’ them as my brain is saying I should ‘control’ my husband.

The action I would take is:
– ear plugs
– headphones with calming music
– move to a room further away from this partying.

But what if I don’t want to live with someone who acts like this? I want my husband to be considerate.
