I Can Run But I Don’t


I would like to start running three mornings a week. I bought all the gear, I certainly have the time and the right park next to my house. I am capable physically to start run-walk but I schedule it and in the morning I have the exact same thought: “I don’t feel like it.”

What I want is to get to the point where it’s an activity I truly look forward to and one that I will never dream of passing on.

What bridge thoughts might get me there?
