Thank you so much for this. It’s helping me so much. The exception 2.0 training really helped me. I had become scared to make exceptions and tried to stop them completely but ended up in a white knuckling situation that then progressed to massive bingeing. This afternoon I practiced a properly planned exception with a tedious powerful worksheet. I ended up not finishing the slice of cake which feels like a miracle.
The experience of eating that slice without guilt or resistance or fear was mind blowing.
