I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved with my thought work this morning, and I want to share.
I aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I do have a thought that ‘I can’t function on less than 6 hours sleep’
Last night for a variety of reasons, I slept for just over 5 hours
My unintentional model
C: Slept for less than 6 hours
T: I didn’t get enough sleep so I feel like shit
F: Tired. Frustrated
A: Follow my plan for the day with a refain of ‘this is so hard’
R: I drap through my day – only partially effective
NEW MODEL
C: Slept for less than 6 hours last night
T: If I’m awake, then I have had ‘enough’ sleep.
F: Ready
A: I show up for my day ready to play 100%
R: I have a great day
I’m blown away and thrilled by the difference this little bit of thought work has made today.
