I lost 20 lbs but I am losing interest in weight loss

I started Self Coaching Scholars 2 months ago and I lost 20lbs. I am loving the weight loss, but I am also starting to lose interest in getting to my 45 lb weight loss goal. That’s where my body is supposed to be according to doctors. I’ve never been that small and I since I know I won’t be happier there than here I am losing interest in my weight loss goals. Help!
