Fails are result goals we don’t accomplish.

The answer to the question below asking for clarification on 25 fails per quarter left me more confused. I too came in January and didn’t get the December material But it seems like a useful concept and I want to understand it. So the idea is to set a result goal (you suggested signing a certain number of sales) and take massive action to produce that result. And if you don’t succeed that’s a worthy fail? I thought the definition of massive action was to continue taking action until you get the result. What’s the difference between a fail and a result that you simply haven’t finished taking massive action to create? Is it about a time frame? Sell a certain number by a certain date?
