I still look forward to my meals. How do I release that "desire?"


Listening to Urge Jar Call #4 and hearing Brooke talk about how she used to spend energy on desiring food and when she took that desire away she was fulfilling her purpose instead of creating more desire for food. Similar to what she said, I often think “I cant wait till 5pm so I can eat…” I was proud of myself for sticking to my protocol and allowing urges but I just feel like Im missing this piece. I want to increase joy and desire in others areas and not still look forward to eating. Would love some tips for this…
