"I want XYZ"

When I do thought downloads, my thoughts often show up as “I want” statements. For example:

I want a beautiful home
I want to be a positive person
I want to have fun

I think these might be sneaky negative thoughts that I am not wanting to face:

My home is ugly
I am a negative person
I am not fun

On the other hand, those thoughts might be the seeds of goals?

Can you help with how to approach “I want XYZ” thoughts?
