IF brain fog? ~CDA

Love Love Love all your work. I’ve been a SCS since Feb. I did homework well in Feb. then I got focused in late March and started Stop Overeating. In April I added the intermittent fasting and I love so much about it: simplicity, frees up time, no hunger. I’ve lost 5 lbs last month. The only weird thing that’s happening is that I’m noticing my brain isn’t working well. I’m forgetting really basic things parts of my routine, my brain feels dull. I’m very dull as in not quick thinking and slower than usual. I feel checked out but not tired. What’s up? Has this happened for anyone in the past? Did going back to three smaller meals help? Thanks for advice.
