I started my stop overeating protocol two months ago and would like to add IF now to my protocol.
I got leaner but I would like to tone my body more.
Brooke mentioned that we are either in a building mode or depletion mode.
Would you mind explaining: if I will start IF, which will cause me to lose fat, I will not be able to tone my body at the same time with yoga or weights?
I am not talking about body building but rather just getting toned arms and abs mostly.
