This month has been difficult for me. I know it has been very much so needed. And there is great progress being made around my home and in my head but these last few days I’ve been feeling as though I’m having an emotional hangover. Exhausted, grumpy, lethargic, even headaches. Is there a model to be done around this or is this one of those moments to let just let it be what it is?
